1. UPLOAD YOUR DOCUMENT
Contact us to set up an online notary appointment at a convenient time and date for you. CertaSign will provide an online meeting link where you will upload the document(s) needing to be notarized.
2. VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY
Upload your US Identification (Valid State ID/Driver's License, or US Passport) and take a 3-5 question quiz (this is based on data from public/credit records - such previous addresses, cars owned, etc. found using your social security number/public records)
3. MEET WITH NOTARY ONLINE
you and the notary will complete the required information, sign, and notarize the document electronically on a secure audio-visual record of the notarization. The notarized document is electronic but tamper-proof and tamper-evident. After the notarization is complete, it can be downloaded, saved, printed, or emailed after notarization.
