We are thrilled to announce our new brand: CertaSign. WHILE We will always remember and cherish our old name, "The Neighborly Notary", fondly; WE couldn’t be more excited for this new chapter OUR company’s expansion of services!
Why We’re Re-Branding?
When we first started helping customers with document notarizations, we were doing so in our local neighborhood. With time, customers were requesting services in surrounding areas and we began doing mobile notary services throughout the greater Dayton and Miami Valley area. Soon after, we expanded services into helping customers with mortgage closings as a Loan Signing Agent and our service areas and expertise expanded even further! Now, we’ve grown again and are offering new online remote notarizations live using audio/visual notarizations from anywhere via a cell phone or computer! So, what started as a small, hyper local business has expanded to services all over the world!
While the name “The Neighborly Notary” was great for capturing what we did in the early days, our company is very different today and we’ve moved far beyond just notarizations in our local neighborhood. Our focus and service levels have grown to be able to help anyone, anywhere in the safety and comfort of their home, at a time convenient to them!
Why CertaSign?
When choosing a name, there are so many factors to consider! But, we wanted to capture what is most important to our company’s value - when handle any notarizations on behalf of our client, we are ensuring that we are “Certifying” their “Signing" or "Signature” with the highest degree of integrity and accuracy using the best methods for identity verification, security and safety while following all required laws – even when using new technology, such as Remote Online Notarization.
Staying True to Our Roots
Our name is changing to keep up with the expansion of our services, but our core values and mission remain our key focus. We’ll maintain the same devotion to customer service and are committed to helping you with the best notary and loan signing services possible.
The Next Chapter
The Neighborly Notary brand has brought us this far and we’re very grateful to our customers who’ve made it possible! We are even more excited to be able to offer additional services to evolve and improve our capabilities with the best technology, security, and safety as well.
